Nationwide Chocolate course
I took my missus on this course for her birthday and she loved it, I can highly recommend it.  You start of with a history of chocolate, then tasting some chocolate in a raw form moving onto some really nice chocolates.  After a demonstration you get making your own Belgium chocolates from raw ingredients. (tasting them as you go along of course).  I ended up with about 40 misshaped chocolates but she had about 50 perfect and equal, nicely decorated ones.  Still, mine taste just as good.  The whole thing lasts about 2 1/2 hours and is available at 10 locations nationwide:
